Production Time

Normal Production time is 5 to 10 working days depending on the product being produced and the size of the order. Check individual product information. Production time starts after receipt of purchase order and proof approval.

Shipping Information

Normal shipping methods are Federal Express and UPS Ground. Other shipping methods are available upon request. All ship to locations require a full street address and residential or commercial status. Extra charges to the shipping portion of the invoice may be applied if this information is not correct. Customer pays all freight charges.

Acknowledgements

All new orders are acknowledged in writing. Please advise the factory immediately of any errors on the acknowledgement. We request that acknowledgements are signed and sent back with a go ahead to proceed with the order. If no response is received we will interpret that as approved as sent.

Return of Goods Policy

All returns of merchandise must have the factory's authorization prior to its return. All requests for returns must be made within 5 working days after receipt of product and all defective products must be returned within 10 days of receiving the order. If the product is bad it may be rreimbursed or replaced by the factory. Freight paid by customer.

Terms

Net 30 days upon credit approval. New customers must pre-pay the first 3 orders. Pre-payments can be received via Visa, Discover Card or Master Card, Money Order, or Company Check. If paying by credit card a credit card form will be sent to you, which requires an authorized signature. If paying by company check we encourage you to send the check with the order when possible so that your order does not meet with any delays.

Rush Service

Rush service is available. Rush charges will be applied depending on the order size and turntime required. Email for quote. All rush orders must be approved by the factory.

Sending Files Over Email

We can receive all the files listed to the right if they are sent through email. A common problem of sending files through email is the corruption of files. To keep this from happening, please "compress" the files. For Mac users, please "stuff" the file. For PC users, please "zip" the file.


Drop Shipments

A single order with a split destination will incur a $5.00 (A) per destination charge.

Trademarks

All logos or copies received for use in producing products must be in compliance with all trademark, copyright, patent or related laws or acts and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pre-Production Proof

We encourage all customers to proof their orders. History has shown it is all money well spent. The production time clock starts with the receipt of proof approval. Delays in this stage may result in additional rush charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have been processed will incur a cancellation charge of $60.00(A) and may incur extra charges based on the status of the order at the time of cancellation.

Art Charges

There will be no Art Charges if "camera ready" art is provided. Camera ready art is a layout with or without color overlays in which all artwork (logos and copy) is complete and in the exact position required. Camera ready art also includes any of the computer files that are listed below. Please place registration marks on all separations provided. Copy change $20.00(A)

• Image Resolution Minimum: 300 ppi

• We take CD-ROMs and DVDs.
